About Me

Romanian blogger exploring Switzerland

September 3, 2017

You all know how much I  love to travel, so I take any opportunity I get to explore new and exciting places. That's why when a new trip to Switzerland was in sight, I was the first one with the luggage at the door.

We stayed in Zurich for the entire period except for last Sunday when we decided to visit a small town called Montreux. Although we spent most of our time in Zurich, we decided to travel around and so we discovered the most charming small town called Montreux.  Words can't describe how beautiful this town is and that's why I will let the images speak for themselves. A wonderful landscape that looks like a postcard from the Amalfi Coast in Italy, with chic streets like the ones from Cote D’Azur.

It's well known that Switzerland is an expensive country in general, so the fact that 1 in 10 people is a millionaire should come as no surprise. This country is an example of well-being and an epitome of prosperity. This is something to keep in mind considering that the median salary in Romania is only around 300 euros.

Like most Romanian women, I like to wear outfits that make a statement no matter where I go. Doing that in Switzeland was a tough challenge because women strolling on Bahnhofstrasse are very exquisite and show a good sense of style.

My interest in fashion is  one of the reasons I started this blog. I love to mix it up and I am addicted to high heels. Also, many of you ask me where I get different items from, so I am posting a direct link to my outfit at the end :)

For my trip to Montreux I chose a white simple t-shirt, with a black latex skirt and a pair of olive green stiletto shoes that I absolutely adore. The shoes are from the Zara summer collection and you can find them either in stores or online for 40 euros.

I have accessorized the entire outfit with a silver watch, a rock bracelets, black slim belt and a necklace for a chic look.
